We will begin with a 30-minute Consultation Call, where we will learn about your needs and overall goals for the work. From there, we will determine the best course of action to achieve your goal. Let’s talk!
HOW DO WE BEGIN THE PROCESS OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL AUDIT?
Our facilitation approach focuses on the best way to meet the program goal. Some factors involved include the size of the group, the content of the workshop, the type of digital platforms available, and more. Once we discuss the details on a discovery call, we will be able to make a recommendation and act accordingly.
DO YOU PREFER IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL FACILITATION?
We would recommend at least a 90-day window from discovery conversations to delivery of the program. No two sessions are alike, as there are customizations necessary to ensure it resonates with your group. Depending on the type of work needed, interviews of stakeholders, review current programs, and similar actions may be necessary. So, the more lead time the better!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MUST WE CONTACT YOU ABOUT A WORKSHOP OR TRAINING?
Yes! LaToya Jordan facilitates workshops, training, and other bespoke programs for various organizations. These sessions can be a part of a leadership series, annual retreats, and conferences. If you’d like more information, please email hello@leadbydesignlab.com.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN GROUP COACHING FOR MY FULL TEAM? ARE BULK PACKAGES AVAILABLE?
Depending on your organization, many offer professional development funding for employees. Some will cover the expenses for the services directly, while others may use a reimbursement process. Please speak with your direct supervisor or your HR department about your organization’s protocol.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE MY EMPLOYER COVER MY COACHING PROGRAM?
The Leadership Lab Intensive is a 1:1 coaching experience, where you will work directly with our founder, LaToya (or a member of our coaching team), to meet your leadership goals.
The Leadership Collective is a virtual group coaching program facilitated by LaToya. As a part of a small cohort, you will learn and grow together on your leadership journey.
Both the intensive and the collective are coaching programs that focus on leadership development.
Customized Consulting projects focus on organizational-level support and interventions. We leverage our human capital strategy expertise to craft tailored efforts, aligned to a specific organizational goal.
