With years of human development and talent management experience, Lead By Design is uniquely positioned to support leaders, teams and organizations. Our aim is to inform and inspire them to reach their greatest potential across the broad needs of a diverse and ever-changing workforce.
That spark led to my passion for leadership development, and today I leverage that same spark to inspire others to achieve their leadership potential using their authentic style.
I come across many well-respected experts transitioning into new, highly visible roles. They struggled with understanding how to function as a leader, they weren't sure how to delegate work, communicate effectively, and ultimately did not understand their unique way of leading.
